1.0 Recruitment: Recruitment will be made by the Chief Recruiting Officers. Recruitment will be based on playing time and attitude, the Commander has the final say.

1.1 Socialization/xS: We expect all xS members to get along without bashing one another. If you cannot get along, and one or more of you begin to have problems, you should bring it to the Leaders. If you cannot be mature enough to resolve this on your own, we will do so for you.

1.2 Socialization/Pub: You are expected to conduct yourselves in a reasonable manner with respect to other players. You will not hassle or otherwise bother legitimate players on the system. You will not publicly accuse someone of cheating. If you suspect someone of cheating, bring it to the Officers. This means if someone comes in talking smack, you will simply let them know they will be unwelcome on the server if it continues. You will then report it w/screenshots or other forms of evidence to the Leaders. Once validated, the user(s) will be banned accordingly.

1.3 xS| Tag: Once you have decided on a name, you will use that name with the xS| tag at all times while playing on all Australian Servers. Altering your tag or neglecting to wear it shows disrespect towards your clan and its members, and will not be tolerated. You are encouraged to wear your tag on International servers, but it is not required. Your xS name must have all lower case characters with the exception or the first letter and no space between the tag and you name

1.4 Cheat: If you cheat, ever, you are gone. There are no exceptions. If you cheat on other games and our system detects it, you’re gone. If you have family or friends that use your computer, it is your responsibility to insure your machine is cheat free. If you cheat on other systems while wearing a xS tag and we find out about it, you’re gone. Yes, this is a harsh rule, but you must understand we will not tolerate any cheating and you have been warned.

1.5 Clans: You are not permitted to join or otherwise participate in another clan, or wear any other clan tag while a member of xS. This includes being a “ringer” for another clan in match play. Offenders will find themselves removed from the xS roster. International Wars Only may be an exception if cleared by the Leaders.

1.6 Admin: If we ever find that a member or officer is abusing his powers to spite other clan members or benefit himself or his friends, we will take whatever action(s) is appropriate to put a stop to it, forever.

1.7 Training: Gaining respect comes from ranking on War ladders. This, naturally, comes from match play. You CANNOT do well in matches without training. Training helps you break the poor habits you learn in public server play and how to work as a team. Training is scheduled on a weekly basis. You are expected to attend these training sessions and we strongly encourage you to share your knowledge with us. During these practice sessions all members are expected to follow orders from tacticians, officers and squad leaders. Any disrespect by not following orders and hindering training sessions will not be tolerated.

1.8 Personal conduct: Your conduct reflects directly on xS. Remember this when you are talking to other players or using admin. Any behavior that reflects negatively on xS members will be dealt with accordingly.

1.9 Self Respect: Every one of us has dealt with the frustration this game breeds. It’s tough to have an off night or be on a losing team but remember, you are a part of Clan xS, you got in here for a reason. Tomorrow is another day so don’t spoil it by saying things you will regret while you are having an off day/game. “It’s a game, have fun dammit!”

1.10 Any breach of any fundamental xS rules will be dealt with by the way of an official warning. 3 official warnings will result in expulsion from the xS clan.
