Name: Game name

Age: Your Age

Location: Where you live, State & City

Class/Kit: Preferred Class or Classes

Connection: eg 56k, ADSL, Cable

Contact: Your Contact Details. Xfire is now compulsory

Ventrillo: Yes/No - do you have it? Do you have a mic?

Clans: Previous Clans if any.
